TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlowVibeMaker mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SlowVibeMaker is an audio processing application that enables users to:

• Record audio using your device's microphone
• Import audio files from your device
• Apply audio effects and modifications (Slow + Reverb, Pitch Shift, Speed Control, EQ, Delay, and more)
• Add nature sound layers (Rain, Ocean Waves, Wind, Thunderstorm, Birds, Distant City, Frequency, Campfire, Walk on Leaves)
• Choose from visual themes and music visualizer animations
• Manage audio projects with cloud synchronization (metadata only – settings, effects, preferences – never audio files)
• Export processed audio in audio or video formats

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Management

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, all synced metadata is permanently removed.

4. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES & COPYRIGHT

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all audio content you create or import
• We do not claim any rights to your audio files
• Audio files remain exclusively on your device
• Only project metadata (effect settings, volume levels, theme preferences) is synchronized to our servers

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the App to process or distribute audio that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright or intellectual property
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at slowvibemaker.help@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

5. PREMIUM FEATURES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1 Pricing Plans

Premium is available through the following options:

• $2.99/month – Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
• $19.99/year – Yearly subscription (includes 7-day free trial, auto-renewing)
• $9.99 – Limited offer lifetime access (available for special occasions only)
• $44.99 – Standard lifetime access (one-time payment)

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• We do not process or store any payment information

5.3 Free Version

The free version includes core audio processing features with advertisements. Locked features (themes, animations, nature sounds, advanced presets) require premium.

6. APP USAGE GUIDELINES

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to distribute copyrighted material without authorization

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The SlowVibeMaker application, its code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright laws
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Our trademarks, logos, and app name may not be used without permission

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOWVIBEMAKER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates with these services to enhance functionality:

• Google AdMob: For advertising in free version
• Google Firebase: For account management, analytics, and metadata sync
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and purchases

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time via App Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, India.
